moving and losing it (I always was good at multi-tasking)

This week, I am finally making the move from point A to point B (literally).

Between the emotional nose-dive packing up this home has me in and the post-dads weekend behavior boot camp the boys are going through (flinging full glasses of milk at each other in anger while hollering 'dad told us we needed to be good for mom' being the least of it so far) I may or may not make it to the end of the week with my sanity, much less have this house packed up and relocated. That may have been my most impressive run-on sentence ever, but I am too tired to re-write it. Sorry. Also I'm out of Diet Coke tonight, so the situation is getting serious.

Just in case I wind up in the loony bin over this, I wanted you all to know I made a solid effort. See you on the other side.

Maybe.

  1. Let me know if you need anything. I wonder if the looney bin has peace and quiet?

  2. Cyndi, I don't have my kids for the next two weeks. I can help you. My car is so old I don't know if it would make it up to Roy, but I can for sure help you when you get to Provo. Let me know when that is. Also, if you need to talk just call me day/night 4am, whatever!

  3. I've thought about having Chris commit me, just for the rest. No seriously.

  4. I bet they have good drugs in the looney bin...sign me up! These months have been hard and I know that this past two weeks have been unbarable for me to even just watch all that you've had on your plate. I am excited to see you have a fresh start in new surroundings-somewhere that you don't have to ever watch over your shoulder. I'm going to miss having you 10 minutes away so so much, but it is all going to be worth it. You deserve so much more-I want to see you go after it! I don't think I say it enough-I absolutely love and adore you and your kids. Your strengh of endurance is inspiring and I hope with all this hanging out some of it might rub off on me! You are a million more then "she" could ever dream of being...and EVERYONE knows it!

  6. Saw the new house today and met next door neighbor Formerly Phred! A truck load and 8 boxes in. All the cousins opted to run and scream in an empty house, instead of the park. Adults liked the AC!

It' almost here and OVER. See you all on Sat afternoon to unload!

  7. Hang in there..our last year has been a tough one for my kids (okay - and me too). We totally understand what it means to pack up our family home and move on - whether we wanted to or not. We held each other and cried at times. We are now in our own place making great memories...happy ones. :) He may have chosen a different life, but that doesn't mean your new life can't be full and promising.
