Someday she will laugh about this and probably tell me that it was so great of me to record it for her.
Right?!
Speaking of moms, a couple of friends sent me the link to this video and as is the case when people act on their inspirations, the message helped me to figuratively pick the 'handcart' back up this week. It hasn't been an easy one.
It's only a few minutes long and well worth it (of course I might be a little biased. I love to hear Elder Holland speak so much that he could probably read the phone book over the pulpit and I would still be moved).
I know this has nothing to do with particular post but I just wanted to say thank you for your wonderful blog. My sister found your blog and sent the link to some of the posts to me and your blog has since been a great blessing. It has helped me alot over the last few months as I have had to deal with infidelity in my marriage. It is comforting to know that someone else out there has been through a similar situation and had similar thoughts and feelings as I do. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteKelsey,
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry!! There are few feelings worse than this. If you ever want/need to chat, my address connected with this blog is thegreenestgrass@yahoo.com. Sometimes it helps to talk or even just vent to someone who understands the gray areas involved. I know it helps me. :-)
Naturally, she stops crying to mug for the camera.
ReplyDeleteThanks Cyndi I needed that video.
ReplyDeleteI think it is a sign of a GOOD mom that you grab the camera first :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE that video and your blog. Thanks for sharing your journey because it helps me on mine.
